The only spikes allowed at this meet are ¼” PYRAMID spikes. See below for what is acceptable. PLEASE check your spikes before bringing them to the event.
All spikes will be checked before the competition, zip-tied at the spike check table, and then once again checked at the starting line or clerks’ stand.
This meet will follow USATF uniform rules. Please refer to the USATF online rulebook for guidelines and standards.
The uniforms for relay teams do not need to be an exact match but should all have very similar uniforms.
Due to COVID-19 protocols, relay teams must bring and supply their own Batons.
All Coaches must fill in relay cards and submit them to the clerk at least 60min before the scheduled start time of each relay. Relay cards are available at the clerking area.

Seeding & Entry Marks
Entry Marks must be real marks made indoor or outdoor since March 2019 and must be verifiable by our seeding committee.
Please include meet name, date, and a link to results when possible.
Relay splits may be considered for entry only if they are FAT from a reputable timing company.
Altitude adjustments will be considered by the Seeding Committee. We would use the NCAA altitude conversion calculator. If you have a mark that should be considered for adjustment, make sure you add a note to your entry on Milesplit that says “ALTITUDE.”
Any Athlete who has won a major national title in the last 2 years will automatically qualify for the Championship section. This includes NBNI, Foot Locker, NXN, and USATF Junior Olympic.
Relay seeds times can be composite times from actual races run by team members, including FAT splits, but not time trials or estimates. For the DMR, the 1200m leg can be an estimate based on actual 1000m, 1500m, 1600m, or mile times.
Seeding preference will be given to marks made closest to the meet, meaning this winter season and last spring/summer season.
For relay teams, heat and lane preference will be given to teams with actual marks this season over any composite teams.
It’s a complicated year to seed a meet. We ask everyone be as understanding as possible as we try to be as fair as we can.
